• BHARAT Bond ETF Tranche II NFO launched on 14-17 July, 2020 was a resounding success with 39,272 applications amounting to Rs. 10,992 cr, oversubscribed by more than 3.7 times against the base issue size of Rs. 3,000 cr in both 5 and 11 years category.
  • During the Current Financial Year 2020-21 so far Rs. 5,695.63 crore has been obtained through OFS.
  • During the Financial Year 2019-20 Rs. 50,298.64 crore has been obtained through disinvestment transactions.
  • As on 31st March, 2019, the Government has realised Rs. 84,972.16 crore as disinvestment proceeds against the BE of Rs. 80,000 crore during the financial year 2018-19.
  • The FFO 3 of CPSE-ETF in November 2018 is the biggest disinvestment transaction through ETF raising Rs. 17,000 crore.

  • Coal India Public Offer in 2014-15 has been the largest CPSE OFS, raising Rs. 22,557.63 crore
